Samples are available, with sample costs charged and freight borne by the buyer. DHL/FedEx/UPS are available, and samples will be shipped within 3-7 working days after payment. The lead time for custom samples is negotiable, and part of the sample fee can be deducted from the bulk order as agreed.

A 12-month warranty applies after bulk shipment under normal use, while damage caused by misuse or human error is excluded. For quality claims, please provide photos or videos so we can coordinate a solution; overseas on-site repair is not covered.
